Right in the center of Zagreb, where the city's vibrant energy meets forward-thinking design, a new hotel concept has come to life – Stellar Boutique Modules. This unique, futuristic hotel offers a fresh take on urban accommodation with 48 modern rooms and an exclusive rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city.
Internova proudly took part in the project as the contractor responsible for the full fit-out of the rooms and selected public areas, including custom-made furniture production and installation, as well as various technical and final detailing works. The hotel features four room module types, each with a distinctive character and modern design touches, all unified by a minimalist aesthetic – clean lines, an open feel, and a refined, monochromatic palette
Upon entering each room, guests are welcomed by an open-style metal wardrobe, powder-coated in a custom color chosen by the designer, with an integrated minibar in the lower section. A standout detail is the perforated sheet metal backing behind the minibar, adding both texture and a contemporary, industrial edge.
At the heart of each room is a custom-made bed with a lacquered MDF headboard, tailored to each room type. Some beds also include under-bed storage for smart space usage. Each room features a compact work desk and chair, crafted from painted MDF in designer-selected tones.
In the bathroom areas, Internova was in charge of onsite measurement, production, and installation of glass wall cladding, which enhances the spatial perception and gives a sleek, modern finish. All glass and metal elements were delivered under Internova’s scope, including precise site surveys, technical coordination and planning with the project architect, and final installation in collaboration with our trusted partners specializing in these materials. This integrated approach ensured full control over quality and seamless execution down to the finest detail.
One of the standout public spaces is the café bar area, where Internova delivered on a highly complex design brief. The semi-circular bar counter, entirely clad in stainless steel, serves as a sculptural centerpiece, while the back bar features custom metal shelving and mirror panels with photo-motif applications, created in collaboration with acclaimed artist Silvio Vujičić.
Stellar Boutique Modules is a project where bold design, technical precision, and modern materials come together – and it is in this synergy that Internova once again demonstrated its expertise in delivering tailor-made FF&E solutions for contemporary hospitality interiors.
