The primary materials chosen for this project were tinted oak veneer and solid oak, both selected for their ability to add depth, warmth, and a timeless quality to the interiors. The combination of these rich woods with the locally sourced Kirmenjak stone creates a harmonious dialogue between the natural beauty of Istria and the refined luxury expected of a world-class winery. The stone, integrated into key architectural features such as the fireplace surrounds and other focal points, adds an authentic connection to the region's geographical and cultural landscape.
Internova's craftsmanship is evident throughout the winery, including in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor restaurant spaces, where bespoke furniture pieces enhance the dining experience. These areas also include a sophisticated bar, designed to offer guests a comfortable and stylish setting in which to enjoy the winery’s finest offerings.
The wine boutique, though small, is elegant and richly appointed, reflecting the high standards of Saints Hills. The boutique includes a custom-crafted reception desk, which doubles as a cash desk, further demonstrating the thoughtful integration of design and function. In addition to the public spaces, the winery boasts three beautiful, spacious, and unique guest suite rooms.
