"We worked with Internova for the first time on the Hilton Imperial in Dubrovnik and were very impressed with their skills. The workmanship is of a high standard and they are organized and very easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure to be working with a professional team on such a brilliant project."

The third phase of the refurbishment of this iconic hotel included the winter garden and restaurant area filled with bespoke furniture. The design features bold colors of deep azure blue with bright yellow in combination with brushed brass.
The shelves in the winter garden are made of brushed brass metal mesh with dark timber wooden shelves and integrated LED lighting. The design was inspired by the hotel building lines and original archways.
The cylindrical spindle chairs surrounding the sofas are made of beech wood, with bespoke cushions and special hidden support to preserve durability and stability.
Bespoke chairs are upholstered in velvet in combination with satin brass legs. Special attention was on the back, where each chair has the same fabric pattern along the back. Chairs are made respecting the highest standards for quality and material used in the hospitality sector.
The eye-catching bespoke sofas required special craftsmanship and attention to detail since the wish was to have symmetrical lines for the embroidery along the entire length of the rear benches. It was specifically challenging to achieve that in the middle part of the sofa. The sofas are upholstered in faux leather with custom-made stitching in a scalloped pattern on the back and velour fabric on the front. The base is made of timber and plinth, with castors and LED light integrated underneath.
The restaurant is surrounded by 38 meters long and 2.8 meters high custom-made cabinets used as a self-service point. The Calacatta gold marble surface hides integrated heating and cooling points for food. In the back of the cabinet, handmade antique Eglomise mirrors with white gold leaves.
The communal table is Calacatta gold marble combined with brushed brass trims and surrounded by tailor-made high stools. The high stools are designed by taking care of the quality and stability of the seat, especially in the back and rounded shape of the seat. Proportions were made in close collaboration between designers and producers until we didn't reach a perfect ratio. Here we used real leather as the main fabric and for the pipping as well.
The gold details on the cabinet are MDF painted in gold and fixed to the doors with a special engraving technique.
The timeless chairs with Vienna rattan and fabric give the space a home-like feel.
The space is divided with partition elements made of solid oak. The dimensions are 1.1x2.8 meters. The frames and perforated fillings were inspired by a traditional Old Dubrovnik symbol.
The decorative table is 1200 mm in diameter and 750 mm high. Made of wooden base and solid frame with Calacatta gold stone filling and brush brass trims on the tabletop.
The bespoke table is Calacatta gold marble combined with brushed brass trims and an integrated sneeze guard. With a heating and cooling system under the surface, this table is used exclusively as a breakfast serving buffet. The dimensions are 4750x1200 mm and 900 mm high.
